Sorrento's - Winnipeg Canada

We order from here twice per year. We always order the Family Feast. We asked for a half bacon mushroom, half bacon pepperoni pizza, and got mushrooms on both halves. Moreover we noticed the pasta portion was smaller, and only got a half order of breadsticks rather than full.

Ordered dinner for delivery at 730, it's now 940...no food, restaurant now closed not answering calls...not even a courtesy call. Starving and furious ATM. If you're hungry don't order from Sorrento's.

Attended this place for my bf family dinner get-together. The service was accommodating, and patient. Polite, and top notch. The food was good as always.The atmosphere was warm, welcoming.We were a huge party, I did not feel the space was enough for us.

The pizza toppings cheese was 1 1/2 from the edge. The med feta salad had 2 small pieces of tomato no visible feta. Dressing was good. Our server disappeared. Mh. When a third person joined us the sever brought water but no plate or cutlery. We wandered to the station picked up our own. When leaving no bill was ever given. We tracked down another person.Just not what it used to be. :

The worst pizza i have ever eaten. The bottom was almost black. I cannot believe that someone actually sent this out. I am only writing this so that in the future the staff is more thoughtful about the food they send out.
