Sprinkles Gelato - Wiltshire

There were 18 of us dining at the restaurant, and upon arrival, we noticed a note on the front door indicating that they were short-staffed. Despite this, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that each of our desserts were freshly prepared and beautifully presented. They were polite and friendly throughout our meal. The crepes were particularly delicious, and every dessert we tried was superb. If you are patient and understanding, and willing to wait as the staff do their best in challenging circumstances, I highly recommend visiting this restaurant. The quality of the desserts is definitely worth the wait. If you are looking for employment, consider applying to help out these hardworking individuals.

Popped in quickly for a Sunday! Quick excellent service. Went above beyond. Our sundaes were the best we’ve ever had!

We discovered something strange in our food that appeared to be raw sausage. When we asked the server for assistance, he seemed unsure of what it was and simply took our plate away. No resolution was offered, and we were very dissatisfied with the service. We will not be coming back.

We had an amazing experience at this restaurant. They welcomed us warmly and treated us well, even accommodating our large group by opening up a spot for us. It was a wonderful evening out with our family.

Sprinkle’s Salisbury is such a disappointment staff are always rude,there is always dirty plates around (even if it is not busy) And presentation is shocking. Last time we went to the sprinkles the whippy ice cream machine was down so when I ordered my cookie dough they charge me extra for different ice cream because the machine was being cleaned the guy who was there I said if you don’t want pay extra you can have cream. I did explain to him that it’s not my fault that Machine is being clean so early and it shouldn’t be my fault. I have to pay more for different ice cream. Last night we tried sprinkles again in Salisbury. There was three staff members working while I was waiting at the till to be served all three of them. We’re on a FaceTime video laughing so I had to wait until they finish their call to be served. What shocking service, we were sat in the window and when our cookie dough was ready, we had plastic cutlery and a plastic tub for the ice cream and the best thing about it is they put a cookie dough on the bar top and called us over and said your cookie dough is ready we were the only two people in there what a joke. Whatever you do, don’t look at the menu and expect it to come out like the pictures on the menu
