Bidra med feedbackA fun place to get Ramen. I went with my wife on a weekday night and we were treated to a wonderful meal. The service was great and wait staff attentive. We will return.
I've been here many times and can't believe this happened. I ordered Karaage Ramen to go. Half way through the meal, something sharp poked my tongue. It was a GD fingernail!? WTH Akira!? Disgusted, dissappointed and ticked off. Shame on you!!!
My daughter and I went here for lunch. The food is very good. The staff is polite and very attentive.
I absolutely love the canton location. The white marsh location was terrible. We had 5 different servers. The appetizers were okay. The ramen was the horrible. There was about an inch of grease on top of the broth. We got two bowls and didn’t even take two bites. When I asked the server if there was anything we could do she just said no. They stand there and watch you eat the whole time. It was a very uncomfortable experience overall. Not to mention when we left they literally raced to the table for the tip.
The food is usually good. The vegetable ramen is tasty. Though sometimes the flavor is a bit inconsistent( i.e. really salty). The pork kastudon is pretty good. The karage is okay but really oily.Give the takoyaki (octopus in batter) a try!The vegetable tempura is yummy too.Not a fan of the desserts because they really just taste like they’ve been sitting in the freezer/ fridge too long. They need to clean the water carafes better because there’s now always white stuff floating in the water…The service is good but sometimes you have to try to make eye contact with servers and then wave them over. But they’re attentive and accommodating. The decor is a relaxed take on a traditional Japanese ramen restaurant. The lighting is calm but you may have trouble reading the menu because it’s dimly lit (unless it’s a sunny day and you’re seated by the window).Would recommend because it’s a nice time with good food and fun music. Just bring your own water.? Or get bubble tea from across the street!
