Krystal - West Memphis

I have always been a fan of Krystal wings. The deep fried spicy wings may not be something very fancy or upscale, however I find them a very addictive. I stopped by this location quickly to grab a meal of wings 6 counts). They were super hot as it was freshly fried, and tasted as usual. The service was a bit slow and the drive through way was not very good. I suggest the authority should put their attention in renovating the driveway, and improving the service time.

Service wasn?t bad but the wait time was awful and the food was worse than that! I would?ve preferred eating at a truck stop and that isn?t a good thing. Spent nearly $30 and we threw it out 15 miles later. I see why Krystal?s has closed many stores! They need to cut their loss and get the couple that are open and close them. Save your money and pass them up over on Missouri St. NEVER AGAIN!

My wife loves this place, I don't. I think they smell like sweaty shirts... But the staff was nice. Treated our order with speed and accuracy

It was good, my first time eating here. It was a late night snack (3am) for me, just coming from casino. It's open 24 hours on Friday and Saturday. This place reminds me of one of my other favorites. I got the 12 cheeseburgers and 12 chicken deal.

Super slow..... Just soooo slow. I would drive over the bridge to go to Krystal if I was set on just wanting Krystal. Unless you just ALOT of extra time on your hands and don't mind the wait. The bread was almost too hard to eat. The lady at the window was friendly though.
