Initially, my interaction with her seemed promising. She was prompt and effective in her communication, which led me to order a cake and cupcake for an event. However, things turned for the worse when we had to postpone our event due to an emergency. Despite notifying several days before the scheduled date, she claimed that the cake was already baked. Understandably, I proceeded to take the cake to use for a birthday celebration that weekend. What I did not anticipate, however, was the absence of the filling I had originally paid for. This discrepancy left me puzzled and dissatisfied.But while picking up the smaller cake, she offered to refund the remainder of the deposit or hold onto it for a future order for our original event. Opting for the latter, I requested that she credit the amount towards my next order. Little did I know that this decision would mark the beginning of a frustrating and unprofessional ordeal. Despite my attempts to contact her for two months, she has chosen to ignore my calls and texts. Seeing such a drastic change in responsiveness is disheartening, especially when she already has our money. This lack of customer service and blatant disregard for communication is unacceptable. Eventually, I got refunded. But I strongly advise anyone considering Yamini for their baking needs to think twice. While her cakes may appear visually appealing, the taste and service fall short.

Yamini did an outstanding job with my most recent order. This is the second time I’ve ordered from her and twice I’ve been amazed by her delicious baking. Her cakes are absolutely delicious with amazing detailed work and just enough sweetness to her cakes. I had ordered from her for my engagement party and now my bridal shower and both times I was a happy bride to be. I’m so happy to have found her and will continue to order for any future parties. Thank you Yamini.

Love supporting a female entrepreneur but especially when the products taste as good as Yamini's! She puts so much care into the products she makes. Highly recommend for any special events, or even just purchasing some of the seasonal treat boxes she releases for yourself! Never disappoints!
