Bento Sushi - Waterville

This sushi bar is located inside the Hannaford grocery store. The sushi is quite good, especially the nigiri. However, the crunchy tempura is disappointing and comes out soggy.

This restaurant operates as a ghost kitchen out of Hannaford. Ghost kitchens are essentially disguised kitchens that share the same physical space as an actual restaurant, and they are listed on delivery apps with the intention of misleading customers. The operators can easily change their name and re-register the business whenever they choose.

This isn't a restaurant. The sushi here is low-quality and simply stored in a refrigerator at Hannaford.
