Capital City Bbq Co. - Waterford

Capital was city BBQ catered my baby shower/house warming with a delicious pig roast. They provided a cool presentation for photo opportunities and allowed plenty of time for guests to arrive before carving. And they were just a pleasure to visit with! We were considering renting a smoker and purchasing a pig to roast on our own, but Capital City BBQ made it so much easier saving time, clean up, and effort (for an already nervous mom to be). Thank you!!

Ordered a dinner for 4 today, pulled pork. wow what a surprise when we received 3 half sheet pans full of food. flavor was awesome, thanks guys.

Had Capital City BBQ cater my baby shower! They were incredible and I highly recommend them. Gary was very easy to communicate with every step of the way. Matt and his crew were at our event and did an amazing job from set up to clean up. All of our guests had nothing but positive things to say about the quality of the food and friendliness/professionalism of the staff! Thank you so much for making our baby shower run so smoothly!
