Washington Diner

Had not been to a diner in over 20 years. Staff was friendly and eager to please. The food was really good and plentiful, I started with the chicken queseda, and actually had to make that the entire meal; u wasn't sure if I was hoping you going to finish it.I did have to request some extra salsa, but the server was right on top of it. Very good value as well.

I had two eggs toast and hash browns. All was good. The eggs were done over medium as I ordered. The toast was warm and properly buttered. The hash browns were hand cut potatoes, not the shredded frozen ones you get out of a bag. They were browned really well, I guess you say caramelized now. In short, it was really good Jersey Diner food.The waitress was very pleasant and attentive. The food was out of the kitchen in record time, less than 10 minutes. The owner was nice and apologized because recovered stools were being installed at the counter.It has an ample parking lot, and the bathrooms are clean.I'll go back next time I am in town.

Always a Staple in the area. Good food for a good price and friendly faces, can't ask for much more.
