Aman's Artisan Indian Cuisine - Easton

Host was very nice. Had to wait a while until the server takes our order. It was surprised to learn that they had no alcohol license. Food was excellent. After our meal, the server informed us that he forgot to include the Gratuity in the processing of our credit card, which is obviously common there, and he then asked us to leave a 20% size in cash, which we found a little strange. Very good.

Far away was a very attentive and proactive waitress. It was great to see Aman again (it was no longer time to catch up, but we understand that this was a busy Saturday night)

The best Indian food in the Lehigh Valley. Had chicken corma, Tandoori chicken, Basmati rice and garlic naan.

Always a great meal at Aman’s, we were faithful males since their Nazareth days!!!

The spicy lamb I ate, was perhaps, the most well-balanced hot dish I’ve ever eaten. There were levels of flavor to complement the heat.
