Shouk - Washington

Shouk had a nice variety of menu options. All of the food came out quick, and they had nice outdoor seating. The burger patty was big and filling, and it was so good we came back again on our trip. Updated from previous review on 2022-07-15

I ordered the falafel and hummus bowl. It was incredibly filling, a could barely finish it and I eat big portions (and am very pregnant! I ordered the shouk sausage for my 3 year old and it was so full of flavor, I might order it next time. Not too spicy for him, he ate almost the whole thing. My husband ordered the mushroom shawarma pita. Still delicious, but not quite as good as the sausage... But mushrooms wouldn't really fill me up so I'm biased. We all split the cardamon chocolate chip cookie and it's was so soft and thick Edit- we went a second time for sausage and a burger. The burger had whole chickpeas and chunks of mushroom in it, it was very much a veggie burger and tasted very good if that's the kind of veggie burgers you like. Delicious veggie burger that was packed with layers of flavor. It has a great texture, it isn’t trying to be any other kind of burger, it’s one of a kind. Mushroom shawarma bowl was also delicious, but add falafel/hummus. It’s cheaper then ordering a full side and it makes an amazing full meal if your hungry.

Shouk was near a conference I attended. I met many of the other vegans at the conference in line. The food was absolutely delicious. I went back the next day and want to try the rest of the menu items. Updated from previous review on 2022-06-23

Yum yum yum! So many incredible options, all vegan, not expensive.
