Bidra med feedbackGreat atmosphere, delicious Persian food, friendly staff members. I had the Soltani Kabob and it was tender and juicy with generous portion serving. The saffron ice cream sandwich and faloudeh were also great desserts. Overall, I would recommend this place. However, they do get crowded so I suggest making reservation beforehand for dinner, especially for larger groups.
Sat at the bar for dinner tonight. This was my first time here and Jorge (the bartender) was excellent! I took him up on his recommendation of the sea bass and it was AMAZING! He chose a great wine that paired nicely with my meal. I also really appreciated him suggesting I split my rice order because I didn?t love the original special rice that came with the sea bass, but the other one, it was a white rice, was soooo good! I also tried the lamb hummus. *chefs kiss* The
5/5 all around. Service was great start to finish and the server did great to explain everything on the menu. They offer comp sparkling water as well so that?s a plus. The mint salad was refreshing and a good start with the hummus with lamb something that is highly recommended. The chicken kabob tasty and quite heavy to be honest so it?s great value for money in a way.
Some of the best Persian food that I've ever experienced! This place has a very unique vibe, and the food is simply delicious. Great vegetarian options. Our server, Wilson, was very personable, and had great recommendations. The cocktails are also original. Rumi's kitchen is our new favorite in town!
Rumi's is my favourite restaurant in the DC metropolitan area! I come here once a month on average, and I am always impressed by the quality of the food and ambiance of the place. With that said, I have had a couple bad experiences in the last few months and I'd like to offer some feedback for the restaurant manager: 1) The cheese/herbs/nuts plates are wonderful, but the servings are too small. Most of the time, the waiters only bring a small block of cheese for 4 people,
