I don’t live close to this restaurant, so I haven’t tried the carryout option, but I had the Szechuan beef dining in and ordered the Kung Pao chicken and General Tso’s chicken to go. All three dishes were outstanding. The General Tso’s chicken came with a lighter, zestier sauce than what I typically expect, and it was quite delicious. You definitely should try it! This family has transformed this small establishment into a charming place to eat and enjoy. In short, this is truly the American Dream.

The food does take some time because they prepare everything to order, rather than just dishing it out like many other Chinese restaurants. Sure, you can get your food quickly, but if you want it done right, it’s worth the wait—and honestly, it doesn’t take that long! So take a moment to appreciate the good things in life! I visited just before they completed renovations, and although the woman serving was having a rough day, we struck up a conversation and she was really sweet. She even gave me a generous portion of ginger at no extra charge. It’s amazing how much positivity can come from putting positive energy into the world. I highly recommend anyone searching for delicious food to give this place a try. I'm looking forward to going back today to check out the renovations!

The service was quick, and the food was delicious. The owner was friendly and took care to pack our food thoughtfully, placing our drinks in a way that helped keep my sushi cool.
