Giving them a 5 star rating based on the front team alone! I mean they are friendly, accommodating and definitely keep you entertained while you're waiting. The crabs were small but I was told that before ordering and they threw in some extra. Apparently there's a shortage on males right now. Shoutout to Ashley and Dasia for being so welcoming and pleasant. I will be back again for sure!
Another God bless day. I just left Moruss Seafood without placing an order. I was asked to step outside before placing an order. There were approximately 3 persons ahead. Two of which walked in seconds before me. After waiting outside awhile, those 2 persons continued to figure out their order. I'm a federal employee working from home. My time is just as important. My order, well over $100.00 had not been taken. Now back home by foot and no patriotism. Management must figure out prioritization. Those who know what they want and patrons taking up space and trying to figure it out. Myself and the new owner have an unresolved matter.
The customer service was great and my crabs were HUGE and juicy I'm going back very soon for another dozen as soon as I can and to me they're more than worth the price and I got my order FAST
There is always a crowd outside even before the pandemic so when I noticed them on Uber Eats I jumped at the chance to check Moruss Seafood out. The is overpriced and the taste and quality is mediocre at best. I ordered the crab fries and a whiting fish sandwich. The crab fries were soggy and salty. The whiting was a single piece of fish cut into 3 pieces and was underseasoned, AND my bread was stale. The entire experience left much to be desired. The staff was pleasant though. I would not recommend and will not be returning.
