The restaurant is very pleasant and cozy. The internet connection needs improvement as it is quite poor in the evenings.

This restaurant is amazing and easily accessible by foot, with no need for a car. Just take a leisurely stroll around the monument to get there.

To start, I have to mention that this restaurant is very clean, which is a rare find since the start of COVID. The hotel itself is beautiful and provides a great overall experience. The owners have done a fantastic job of updating the hotel to make it functional while still maintaining its old-world charm. The shower had high pressure and plenty of hot water, and there were various pillow options to choose from. While there are no microwaves in the rooms and the outlets are a bit limited, we truly enjoyed our stay. The on-site restaurant at the hotel is small, elegant, and a bit pricey. However, there are other dining options nearby, such as a coffee shop with real food options that may not be quick or cheap but are delicious. There is also another restaurant nearby that seems more affordable, although it didn't open early enough for us. We parked at the Ronald Reagan parking garage and took the metro over which worked well for us.

Hotel room was very clean and classic. Beautiful room with super clean bathroom and an extra coffee room beside the bedroom!

The hotel is older but very beautiful , charming and decorated accordingly , take it for what it is , if you want a warm and charming place to experience Washington then this is your place. If this place is not your style then stay at the ritz and pay 4 -6 times more per night ! By the way i was able to park on the street for a fraction of the cost of any garage in the area or valet.
