Travinos - WARNERS BAY

For my entree, I had the chilli salted squid with coconut slaw and aioli. The squid was fresh with a nice touch of chilli that wasn't overpowering. It was accompanied by a refreshing spinach and rocket slaw. For my main course, I ordered the Pepper Plum Roast Duck with a side of in-season vegetables, crumbed mushrooms, and maple pecan pumpkin. The crumbed mushrooms were slightly overcooked and the pumpkin had walnuts instead of pecans, but the duck was outstanding. The plum and pepper flavors were well-balanced, and the portion size of the fresh vegetables was just right. The beer paired perfectly with the duck. I finished the meal with deep-fried ice cream served with berries, raspberry coulis, and sultanas alongside a tawny port. Although there was no butterscotch sauce, the dessert was a nice combination of sweet and tart flavors. The front of house staff was friendly and attentive, making for a pleasant dining experience. I would recommend this restaurant to travelers looking for a reasonably priced meal or anyone seeking a cozy date night.

As frequent patrons of their breakfast menu, we decided to try dinner at this restaurant for the first time after seeing their enticing specials board. The service was as friendly as always and we were impressed with the options for both indoor and outdoor dining. The dinner itself was fantastic, featuring fresh seafood, delicious steaks, and a wide selection on the menu. We finished off the meal with homemade apple pie, excellent coffee, and real tea brewed from leaves rather than a tea bag. We will definitely be returning for dinner again in the future.

Came in and asked if we could be served in 40 mins, answer was yes. We ordered straight away and were even a pest changing the menu slightly. Nothing was a problem at all, waitress was extremely friendly and happy to accommodate. Coffees and food came out pretty much straight away. Awesome quality, perfect poached eggs. Very happy customer, 10/10 for food, coffee and service. Well done.

The food at this restaurant was delicious. I ordered the southern fried schnitzel and my wife had the lamb salad. Both dishes were incredibly flavorful and the service was excellent. The coffee was also very good. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Our party of nine had a very pleasant time at Travinos this afternoon. We were treated in a friendly, professional manner from the welcome on arrival to our departure. Everyone enjoyed the meal. I ordered the Twice Roasted Duck, and it was a delicious, hearty meal. Travinos are in The Entertainment Book. I will definitely return.
