Sapphire Indian Restaurant - MEREWETHER

We have never had a meal lacking in flavor in the three years this restaurant has been operating. The staff is charming and incredibly kind and calm. We adore this restaurant wholeheartedly. Thank you.

The food presentation and quality is top-notch, though service times are longer. Beautiful place, well worth the visit. The food is tastefully done, with good attention to detail.

I had beef vindalu, nanhbread and saffron rice, was delicious. Their food at every visit is flavourful and consistent, highly recommend everyone to try it.

We had a great time at Sapphire. The food was delicious, especially the shared platter entree and the mains. The naan bread was also fantastic. There was a wide variety of excellent food at reasonable prices. We have already started recommending Sapphire to our family and friends. We will definitely be back soon. Absolutely spectacular, the food is amazing as are the staff. Only disappointment.....the are not in Parramatta. Will recommend all my Sydney friends travelling up to go and have a feast
