Osteria Etrusca - VOLTERRA

The facility hosts large groups which are disruptive to individual guests. Restaurant is often off limits even though website says it is open. Common areas can be littered with group items. Be sure to check and ensure there are no groups using the facility around your booking time.

We visited the place twice, first for lunch and a couple of days later for dinner. Both experiences were not pleasant, food was good but the service was horrible. We were treated like unwelcome and annoying customer. If you like to experience unfriendly service, the lady owner will give her best rough and bad attitude. The staffs were friendly but the blond lady (Owners wife) ruined our experience. Overall the food were delicious but we would have enjoyed better if it have been served at the same time. while I finished my dish, my husbands dish did not arrived. And the pizza of my kids didn’t come together as well. Our take away, not the best place to enjoy meals.

Lovely restaurant with fabulous views over the Tuscan hills. Live music night brought a great buzz to the place and BBQ night was really tasty. Views are second to none, drinking local wine and beer while watching the sun go down, plenty of Insta-worthy pictures! Friendly staff helped us take a photo too, our kids really enjoyed the outdoor playground, the kids tv, and the kids soft play area

Posizione molto bella, il cibo eccellente, il buon personale, sembra un po 'strano perché ci trova in mezzo alla Toscana e lo staff parla inglese ma ti fa capire molto bene, dopo pranzo e venuto al tavolo un ragazzo del personale della cucina che ha parlato il toscano, per chiederci come era andato, ho risposto tutto un po' distratto per trovarmi a capire, mi ha anche spiegato che il problema era dovuto al fatto che non è solo personale italiano

Attività dove l'unica lingua parlata è l'inglese, posizione molto bella con piatti senza infamia e senza lode.
