The best cocktail bar I've ever been to. Not only is the staff extremely kind, they are absolute masters of their craft. The main bartender is truly phenomenal. He will readily prepare you a custom drink for your preferred flavour profile using local ingredients upon request. Their menu drinks are also a lot of fun, and extremely well made. It takes an incredible amount of skill and craftsmanship to be able to assemble a good drinks menu, let alone prepare custom cocktails on the fly. I get the impression this guy could do it in his sleep. This is clearly a passion project for this team.

Such a cozy bar in Volterra, that serves amazing cocktails. Very gentle staff and bartender. Totally recommend it.

My boyfriend and I ordered two cocks in the air and they were delicious. quality was great, although being the local in a tourist area. the staff was very kind and made us sit in a pleasant corner. only defect: there were crumbs on the table.

Beautiful location, in the center of Volterra. We got a coke, a water and a dessert in the middle of the afternoon. very courteous service and correct account. definitely positive experience!
