We have just been to this pizzeria, nothing to complain about the pizza, but pay attention to the bill: the waiter asks you if you want fior di latte or buffalo mozzarella, without specifying that, by choosing the latter, the pizza costs €3 more. I went to this business which is located in the historic center of Volterra (in front of the Etruscan museum). We were welcomed by friendly and courteous staff who remained so throughout the entire service. I ordered an excellent appetizer with croutons, cheeses and cured meats.
