Double bacon cheese burger combo with Jalapeño poppers is all I need.

I have a three strikes your out policy and this was my third experience at this location where everything went wrong. I placed an order on the app and (according to the skate less car hop) I did not fully check in even though it showed I was on the app. My food sat around for 30 mins and I had to press the red button to get an update after seeing multiple cars get their orders. This is after my last experience where the entire wrong meal was given to me. Prior to that the service was horrible. If you can, definitely go to a different location. The employee was courteous but they don’t really care as much as they once did here. DO NOT GO TO THE VISTA LOCATION!!! There are better options out there for value and service!

Ur employee david with curly hair has zero customer service , we paid and as we were getting our items we said thank you , and another thankyou and no response from him not even a “ ur welcome “ or “have a good niggt” so yea talk to him about it because it’s unacceptable

The food is good but the service was not great need to great customer with a smile or politeness.

Worst service ever. I waited for 20 minutes for someone to take my order. Finally got tired and just left. I'm surprised this place is still open
