Poki Poki Vista

I love poki normally but The guy was not polite at all. When it came to the second side of the ingredients I asked for cucumbers and crab. He didn’t respond, he had three bowls in front of him which must of been online orders because no other customers were there. He begin scooping ALL the ingredients onto the bowl. I was assuming was one of the to go orders but it was mine. Almost $20! I had to hurry as I’m on lunch break, I thought I could scoop it out, but had to scoop out so much of the meat because it had wasabi so not a good taste for me Personally. ? it also had tons of other ingredients I don’t like, on top of the guy being not having nearly any responses to me and hardly any communication at all. ? not to mention now my mouths on fire.

Different portion sizes every time you go. Some workers give you a certain amount another worker gives you less. If you ask for extra they charge you more. I got two bowls.first Was loaded with seaweed salad, like too much. the other had just a bit. When I asked for more seaweed salad in the lesser bowl they said it would cost $2 I agreed and the bowl with “extra seaweed salad” still had significantly les than the other bowl. So I paid $2 more for the bowl with less seaweed salad in it. Pretty comical

The Poke was delicious! The hot sauce is actually hot! It was painful and yummy. I liked the variety of fish available. I also enjoyed the pineapple orange juice they had, it was a nice hit of sweet to calm the heat. The tables were sticky and they had a funny sign up about it. It was laid back. I would go back again and recommend it.Food: 5/5

Service was good but the owner doesn’t care about the store at all. There’s a piece of paper on the wall by the bathroom saying they have been trying to get the tables replace due to how sticky they are, and to put a tally to help them. But the owner hasn’t done anything about it. The sheet has gotten over 100 marks and the tables are still super sticky. I layed a napkin down on the table to avoid my elbows sticking and the napkin tears upon removal, levels of sticky. Owner do your job before this place goes under.

I find this place to be expensive for the decor and presentation of this place to be poor. I wanted to relax and eat my poke. I ended up taking it home. Please consider making the place more hospitable and not having your employees eating behind the counter, infront , where you serve your customers. Not cool.
