Mcdonald's - Village of Wolcott

My recent visit to McDonald's in Wolcott, NY, left me with mixed feelings. While the food was acceptable, the service fell short of expectations, resulting in a less-than-satisfactory dining experience.Upon entering, we encountered slow service, which was further compounded by an unfortunate mix-up where our food was mistakenly handed to another customer. It was evident that the staff member responsible for the error was eager to go on break and appeared hurried in their actions, neglecting attention to detail.To make matters worse, we had to inquire about our drinks after standing in line again, highlighting a lack of attentiveness from the staff. The option to order food at the kiosk was appreciated for its efficiency, but the overall experience lacked the personal touch and warmth one would expect.While the food at McDonald's in Wolcott, NY, met basic standards, the service shortcomings and lack of personal interaction detracted from the overall dining experience. Two out of five stars would be a fair assessment given the mixed quality of service.

I'd rather drive 30+ minutes away and spend the gas money to get better, or at least more edible food. Refried stale fries, and food that can't be put together decently and then smooshed

We got really great service and had supper and dessert for a great price. We have recently been in two other McD's and Wolcott is better in all areas mentioned above. They have greatly improved and work hard in all of these areas. We enjoy eating there.

Now I get the drive thru maybe priority so in more ways than one it's fast because there is never anyone at the counter and they are busy doing grubhub and app orders to focus on walk-ins. Food is so so and no that they block the view to the kitchen you can't see if it is clean or
