Noticed this place by chance heading back from the Panama City airport, and decided to stop for lunch.Good decision. Excellent food and service. I had pork chops, wife had grilled fish.I won`t spoil this five star review by mentioning the mens room outside............

Excellent small town service with a smile! Food is great only gave 4 stars because I'm super picky lol if you're in the area stop!

Dees located in Vernon Florida is a staple of the community and a favorite place for lunch. I had a large burger with fries which was good. Service was slow but we took our time, talked so I don’t blame the waitress. Parking: Very busy at lunch time but usually can find a space

Hadn't been by in a few years cuz I felt they'd been getting a little pricey for a little Country Diner. Stopped in the other day to pick up some takeout, and see what their food was like these days. I got the house special redfish $18, and she got the six piece fried shrimp dinner $16. Was very disappointed in the quality of the food. I turned down the onions and green pepper topping they kept suggesting since it was blackened, but finally relented. When I got home my blackened fish was swimming in a pool of juice and greasy bell peppers and onions. Even after damping off the filet with a paper towel it still tasted greasy! Shrimp were large, and were haphazardly breaded. Some heavy some very light, and they were greasy too. We did not enjoy our food, and felt it was overpriced.
