Planet Smoothie - Valrico

Tonight was My first time here and was surprised I was greeted walking in. The girls were enthusiastic and helping a line of people ordering ice cream. They worked fast and efficiently to get the line moving but interacted with the customers. It’s hard to come by places nowadays that have good customer service, it was a clean environment, as I was in line I noticed one employee coming out of the bathroom with cleaning supplies. When it was my turn to order I was indecisive because their smoothie section was extensive but BRIELLE was AMAZING ! Her patience with me was great and had awesome suggestions as to what I could modify on certain smoothies I was interested in. I loved her kindness and customer service to get me what I had a taste for. The added granola for crunch was a plus ! She nails it with the recommendations. I’ll be coming back.

I ordered the JAVA THE NUT smoothie and substituted peanut butter for coconut ….. I’ve done this before and it was really good however this time the smoothie looked different color wise, and the taste was way off. This is a popular one on the menu so I’m surprised with how it was made. Didn’t take a picture this time, I switched my drink with my fiancés and he had the same thought process but is not one to waste money and we did not have the time to go back and ask for a replacement. I know that’s usually the east fix but that’s another reason why I was so upset about the smoothie, we were on the go and just had a little bit of spare time and I needed some energy.

Great customer service! It was busy but they work fast and multi task!! the ice cream is always sooo good. I also got a smoothie that was very delicious! I will be coming back :

The first time I came here my experience was 0 stars. The staff member was so confused by an almost milk substitution and my request for no ice. Second time, Jay saved my day and made two amazing smoothies. Both with plant based protein! Hip hip horray for great service (finally)! ??

Went in at 1pm. Store is very dirty. It looks like they never clean counters or register. They glass to see the ice cream is filthy. The smoothie was more ice not as creamy as other location
