Carvel - Valley Stream

This Carvel definitely does not give you your money?s worth. When I made a complaint to the worker. He got smart mouthed. Poor, poor customer service. I will definitely report this to the appropriate agency.

Love this carvel been going here over 8 years! Vanessa and all staff are so sweet and very professional the place is ALWAYS clean! Vanessa has been making beautiful cake's for my son since he was 1 year's old I get all my ???? here and it doesn't take long all not 48hours as some bakery places. These are just a few pictures.

Wow You're Going To Have a great time. We got two small cones with sprinkles, when we picked up an ice cream cake. The flavor is still as rich and creamy as we remember. The service is excellent. The people are friendly, and eager to please the most fussy customers.

The restaurant needs to improve its service. I waited 25 minutes in line for a sundae, which is quite excessive, especially for a Wednesday.

This place has fantastic ice cream and ice cream cakes! This Carvel has been around for a long time; my mother brought me here when I was a child, and her mother also took her here when she was young. I think it’s still owned by the same family. Thank you for being a part of my family's memories. I will always make a stop here whenever I visit Elmont.
