The Bistro - Valdosta

The Bistro is a great stop for a wonderful food evening. My friend and I made such a stop last night. Debbie was our server and couldn't have been more helpful. She explained the menu and made recommendations. I chose the Crab Bisque and it was loaded with crabmeat. The Pan seared Scallops...mouthwatering! My friend had the Drunken Filet...and again melt in your mouth tender. We shared the Crème Brulee for dessert. I have had this dessert in other places, but I must say that this was the best I have ever had...the consistency was creamy and so good. Thank you, Bistro for a wonderful meal served up perfectly.

The food is amazing, the atmosphere is artsy and contemporary (a diamond in to rough here in Valdosta) and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable on everything from the menu to exactly what drink in order to make your meal complete. They have an incredible happy hour from 5-7 every Wednesday-Saturday; half priced domestic bottle beer, half off well drinks, AND half off every appetizer on the menu. They're are also several home made desserts to satisfy anyone's sweet tooth. And how can you pass up a lovely champagne brunch every Sunday from 11-2. A completely different menu from dinner the rest of the week, including several benedicts, specialty french toasts, and an all new lunch menu; featuring $3 mimosas, $5 **** marys a delicious berry Sangria. Believe me when I say you will leave full and satisfied, and dying top came back again and bring your friends and family!

The Exchange Club of Valdosta had our officers installation banquet here on June 28. The atmosphere was great, the wait staff amazing and the food was delicious! Charles and his staff does a phenomenal job. I've never had a bad experience or meal here in the 11 years I've been coming to The Bistro. I highly encourage you to try it if you have not done so.

Amazing food the crab cakes were best I have ever had and have had them all over the country!! Our server Maria was awesome!! We will be going back!

I've only been to The Bistro a few times but the times that I have been the food has been phenomenal! The service is great; the food is hot when you get it. Is just a great overall experience! I highly recommend eating at The Bistro!
