I don’t know if Mr. Stan (owner) sources his salmon directly from Alaska or not, but the quality makes me think so. The Chef prepared it so perfectly that I even ate the crispy skin. My wife’s dish was equally delicious amd was accompanied with mashed potatoes and sautéed spinach. I elected to have the gouda grits and spinach.
