Restaurant Dolce Vita - Val-David

Old restaurant that deserved to be refreshed,menu is probably the same for 30 years but the food is correct the right side of things we bring our wine.

We were four adults and all agreed, it was horrible as a bloat but horrible, we were sure that after 30 years of service it would have been more than acceptable but brief for 150$ we will never come back... except the wonderful service that was sympathetic!

Food was correct but no more. the menu of the 80s made us travel in time, the price is current. We were only two tables. the owner was doing the service, his wife was preparing the food. The service was slow but we weren't in a hurry. If I go back? Why not? If I would recommend it? Yes, to people who like this kind of retro menu. No, to those looking for a menu and a more contemporary atmosphere.

We had dinner (if you can call it diner) in July 2013. The food was horrible and expensive, the owner has no idea on what it means service. The worst experience in a long, long time for us.

Thanks to françois and his team, for the great evening. everything was like my memories, c-a-dPARFAIT. We brought 2 couples of friends, who were also enchanted. they promise to come back when they arrive at home. we get what we are sowing!!!!!!!!!!!!!Thank you again, and soon. nicole c
