The Narrows Restaurant, Bar Inn

We went to the company dinner before a big annual meeting. Very delicious food and great drinks at the bar. The staff were all wonderful. The bartender was super nice and really great to help us choose a nice drink (the old fashion drink was wonderful)! And the waitress was very knowledgeable about all our questions about food selection. Would recommend everyone.

We stopped for a late lunch and were thrilled! Fantastic unique food and great service from Tara. Anyway, another day. The French fries with romano and herbs are crazy good!

On cloud 9 from our amazing dinner here tonight. The restaurant itself is so cool and beautiful on the river. We received a wonderfully warm welcome at the Host booth. And a huge cry to our new friend Tim, best bartender we would have asked for total legend! And my goodness, the food was sooooo yummy. So thoughtful, so clean. Would always go back. Thank you. Hopefully be back soon!

This place many times during the day only to learn to do them?t lunch, so we have made plans for dinner. Parking on both sides of the building seemed sufficient. With reservations we were shown in an empty, rather sterile room expanded by window and a view of the river. I noticed a fireplace that could be beautiful in winter. Our server was happy and eager to please, but neglected to offer asked specializations and seemed too eager to delete our records. A nice selection of beer was appreciated by my husband. I had a Cosmo well poured. Some choices for bread on the menu were tempting and the house bread we chose was presented as a small bread with herbal butter. Very good. The menu for Entrees was limited, which is good with me, as too many make it difficult to choose. We went with the scallops with lobster haash, potato and corn. I had a little lobster. My husband had a lot more service. Otherwise, the 3 scallops dish was tasteful.

Server was friendly and informed. He offered drink and appetizer specials and suggestions for best entrees. Husband had the fried chicken at his suggestion and LOVED it. The shrimp tacos were good but a little too salty for my taste. We enjoyed the indoor location and the ambiance. Music and volume was a perfect match and on point for the vibe inside. Seating is also available outside and faces the Delaware River!
