McDonald's Restaurants - Truro

Thanks for the 40 minute wait in the drive thru to recieve cold fries and lukewarm Big Mac . Once upon a time McDonald's had the best fries now they are the worst. Pay a little extra go somewhere that will give you food thats still hot!

It was terrible. Everything cold. I wasn’t able to return on the day of purchase, but I did phone them a couple of days later when I got back into town. They told me that “if your food is awful you have to return on the date of purchase or all we can do is listen to your complaint.” I have a receipt for the purchase, but that doesn’t matter. The girl who answered the phone had absolutely no idea about customer service. None. Zip. Nada. Well… They lost another customer. I was a fast food franchisee for 23 years and we had a completely different attitude. This franchisee you should be ashamed of the service in his or her restaurant. The worst.

What a disaster, garbage overflowing, tables not cleaned long wait for food and not great service.food was fair my poutine was cold but edkble. The inside restaurant didn't appear to be over the top busy while we were there

I went to this McDonald's always for lunch and today has been no different from the other days. The gal taking the drive thru order had my pop down as a root beer (which is what i ordered) but when i got the delivery window, i got coke zero! There is always something wrong with my order and if the coffee wasnt so darn good, i would go else where! Seriously I would,.... I know that everything is upside down now a days but slow down when serving the public,..... people working are either not being trained properly, or everyone is in a hurry! I will not return for lunch but may a coffee!

Went through the drive through, paid with mobile order so I would not have to wait. Was told to pull over and wait. It was a Big Mac meal, not some special order. I was becoming late for work so left without my food. They were not even that busy.
