Food is delicious. I know nothing about Thai food but apparently everything i ordered was delicious

I am incredibly disappointed. We used to eat here all the time. We just order carry out. Wet got the wrong thing and it was tasteless. The food was AWFUL!! Hardly any meat. Obviously they lost their quality standards and they don't know how to deal with the public. They were really rude, and we had to go back to return the food before they would give us our money back. They didn't even care that they were losing a customer. Apparently we are expendable as customers. Save

Been here a couple of times now and never disappointed. This used to be our hidden gem but it seems everyone has found it now. The service is always friendly and the food is great. We love the Chicken Satay and try a new dish every time but I really like the Pad Thai.

IMPORTANT: Noodle Charm?s entrance is the same as the Spice Dice Thai food. This was my first time here. Ordered the chicken noodle soup with ramen noodles. It was just okay. Tasted sweet too...weird. Our waitress didn?t check on us put our bill down as she casually walked passed we weren?t even done eating! Bowls still on the table. All around bad service. 2 stars because the hostess was nice.

The Beef Tender Soup tasted extremely herbal and biting into the beef tasted like I was eating herbs. The description on the menu did not mention any herbs in the soup. Possibly, Noodle Charm used the broth of the Tom Yum. The Tom Yum broth was not too strong on the herbs since you can taste the spice and peanuts. I ordered the spring rolls from the Spice and Dice menu, I had no clue it was a veggie roll. It lacked ingredients and mainly the wrapper. My husband and I
