Ixcanul Guatemalan And Mexican Cuisine

What a gem in spring arbor. Everything about our lunch at Ixcanul was excellent. I had the Churrasca, which is basically carne asada. Steak was cooked well and nicely seasoned. All sides were delicious. I have been to Guatemala City once, and thought this restaurant represented the flavors authentically. There were several other entrees on the menu that looked delicious and I look forward to several return visits to try them. Food: 5

I had the house strawberry Margarita and the chimichanga and they were both delicious! Homemade chips and salsa were good as well. Service was great and the food was hot and fresh! The owner came to our table to see how our food was. We will definitely be back! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
