Charlie's Tavern - ALBION

As a long time patron of Charlie 's -going back to the 1960 's when the establishment -believe it or not_ hosted some of the great minds of the era after lectures on campus who would join Albion students for pizza and beer afterward....Charlie 's Tavern is a TREASURE!! Tom Long Class of '68

Not a bad little dive bar in good 'ole Albion!! In all transparency we set out to try out a new pizza place in the area but couldn 't find it, so we decided to go here instead for a burger. Food was good, prices great, though the service could 've definitely been better. Waitress had the entire bar to tend to (not as bad as it sounds) but lacked in the multitasking and follow up experience. All in all a solid 3, hopefully next visit will net better service so I can show the food with a better rating that it definitely deserves.

It's been very boring around Albion without Charlie's. We miss the Shrimp Baskets And the pizza is good!

We went in the other day for dinner. We sat down and were there for 15 minutes without so much as a look from anyone that worked there. I understand that you might be busy, but at least acknowledge your customers. We got up and left.

My wife and recently moved to Marshall, We just happened to stumble upon the little case and decided To try it for lunch. The burgers and fries are to die for. Service was fast and friendly. I would highly recommend Charleys to anyone. Come hungry, trust me. We will go back.
