Pizza Gram Plus - Town of Guilderland

I called to order a pizza and they rudely picked up the phone, laid it on the counter, and didn’t say a word. I continued to say hello for quite some time and got not response, so I hung up. I then attempted to call back, but could not because they did not hang up the phone. I tried for another half hour and the busy tone continued. What a way to treat customers when you’re busy.

Great pizza. I accidentally ordered a pn pizza which I don't usually like and loved it. They also make great sandwiches.

I grew up in Guilderland and this was the place to go. Sad to say it’s changed a lot. Besides the rudeness you deal with the food has taken a dive. Doesn’t even taste the same. I’m happy to say this was my last straw. I ordered a sub and it was squashed into a tin container, fallen apart, the roll was hard as a rock and over all just not good tasted horrendous, Not that I believe they care, they will skate on by but I wouldn’t recommend this establishment anymore. Their are far more better places out there.

Pizza gram plus always has great food...always..love it there!! Parking: Plenty of parking on site!! Kid-friendliness: They are great to everyone!! Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair ramp..extra large doors to get in..etc

Had Margarita Pizza which was very good as a matter of fact. When this place is crowded it gets very loud and you can't hear across the table you end up yelling to be heard at your own table.
