Le Taos - Tignes

Great hotel, welcome. The room we rented is very good, the hotel is just a step away from any type of activity.

Very good service and food, and generous volume. The atmosphere was great and the view is beautiful. We ordered 3 beautiful entries: Tuna Tartar, onion soup, TATAKI beef. Other main dishes 3 leaped vegetables, 1 burger Taos, 1 New York steak. We loved almost everything. My taste of onion soup would be less cheese, it can have almost 1/3 cheese. My friend thinks the hamburger needs more chili because he was waiting for more jalapeños he probably missed reading the "mayonnaise scented with jalapéno" as jalapeño. The leaped vegetables were superb but we think they forgot to put quinoa, which was described in the menu. And they fixed it by offering us a bowl of quinoa just after asking us if everything was okay. The service was very provisional and complete. I think the only thing that could be improved is the time to ask how everything can be a little earlier for example can be after everyone ate 2 3 bites of his food, so any potential error/preference can be corrected/adjusted.
