Crust Pizza - Thirroul

We ordered pizza and were told it would be ready in 25 minutes. When we arrived to pick it up, we waited at the counter to be served. After at least 10 minutes, a young girl finally came by so we could pay. We waited another 20 minutes before I asked when the pizza would be ready, only to find out they had been calling my name 5 times. Our cold pizza had actually been ready the whole time! The restaurant lacks management, organization, cleanliness, and the young employees are rude. Definitely not worth a visit. Also, the crust was a bad choice.

Avoid this restaurant at all costs! The owner/manager blatantly lied to me about my food being cooked, causing me to wait over an hour only to find out it wasn't even prepared. This kind of terrible service is unfortunately not surprising, as it seems to be a pattern at this establishment. The owners are clearly motivated by profit and are attempting to expand their chain at the expense of quality. I feel sorry for the staff who are forced to work like a production line rather than providing genuine food and service. I left without my pizza and without a refund, feeling incredibly frustrated. I would recommend trying other options like The Cove or Franco's instead.

Lie and more lies.... wait 30 minutes longer than the timetable to pick up and tells at 2 seperate occasions that pizza just came out of the many....if we were complained, we were advised that it was only in no.....no excuse. If...owners/manager was less greedy accusations he cannot fulfill, they can be in the position to advertise the service they advertise....and to be honest, they will find much better pizzas at ryans or bar Franco....we should know better because this isn't the first thing to do.... Avoid them at all!

This restaurant deserves a zero-star review. If you enjoy waiting over an hour for your order and receiving cold, incorrect pizzas, then this is the place for you. The staff seems to be mostly teenagers who do not seem to care. It appears that the owner or manager needs to take more interest in managing the company.

Turned up on time for pre-ordered pizzas and had to wait 40 mins. One of the pizzas ordered was stone cold. Sure, they may have been short-staffed, but why not be honest about when the pizzas will be ready. Staff were unhelpful and unapologetic over...their poor service.
