Domino's Pizza - Terrell

I tried to get a simple cheese pizza last night and when I checked it, it was 3 to 4 inches folded over on itself. I walked back in to be met with a rude manager who would not give me his name. After a long unfortunate conversation, he eventually refunded my money. The young man was very disrespectful and acted like I was the one who made the mistake. I will not repeat what he said because half of it didn 't make since. The broken English he was using, isn 't what I expect from a manager.I won 't be ordering from there until that guy is gone. I play in the pool hall next door and so do a lot of my friends including the owners, weekly. They won 't be either.

The pizza had too much sauce and the hot wings was too hot and I didn't want them that hot and they was so small considering the price they charged I don't think I will order from them again.

Ordered 2 pizzas to be delivered by 5:30PM, they arrived stone cold at 6 PM. We called the store to complain about our cold pizzas, and asked for the store manager. We were told he was busy and were hung up on. We called a second time, to ask for the manager again, this person claimed to be the manager but told us we hadn't even received our pizzas yet and when my husband said we not only did but the delivery driver was just leaving, he was hung up on again. W called a third time and were told we could not have the managers name and were hung up on AGAIN. The pizzas are trash, the employees are disrespectful and unprofessional. Terrell Dominoes is the worst experience I've ever had.

Ordered online they made a mistake on my order super nice and fixed it immediately great customer service all the staff were very helpful

Despite parking directly in front of this sign a young delivery driver was very rude and claimed the parking was for drivers only. However another female driver was out at the same time and said it was fine and was very nice when I came in. Pizza is always good so overall 4 stars but maybe that young driver should learn to read.
