Bidra med feedbackI have visited this restaurant a few times, mainly because I love Mexican food. However, my most recent experience was extremely disappointing. I paid over $200 for a burrito that was mostly filled with hard rice and other cheap fillers like the white, tough part of the salad. There was barely any beef or tofu. I was surprised by the high prices considering the lack of quality ingredients. What happened?
There is a lack of good Mexican food in the area, but this place is decent for a quick burrito fix. It is similar to a Chipotle restaurant where you can see all the fillings on the bar. They mentioned that cheese is not automatically added, but you can request it for an additional charge, making it easy to veganize your burrito. I opted for beans, tofu, mixed vegetables, tomato-based rice, spicy sauce, and guacamole. However, I was disappointed that the guacamole was colder than the rest of the burrito. It seemed to have too little lime juice, possibly to prevent browning, but it lacked flavor. Despite this, I would still return if I am craving a burrito.
They offer a tofu burrito that is slightly overpriced for the portion size, but it is delicious.
Ive come a few times, but only coz I believed Mexican. but my latest experience was the most disappointing. over 200 for a burrito, usually filled with hard rice (and other cheap fillers like the white stork part of the salats) is ridiculous. barely behave or tofu (of which are anyway expensive, so what happened young
Because there is hardly any good (real) Mexican food, this place was not so bad if they have an urgent Burrito tank! like a chipotle restaurant where they can see all fillings at the bar. they said that they did not see or add cheese, unless they ask it to add as a paid, so they can definitely veganize their burrito! I have mine with bon, tofu, kalkreis and tomato-based rice with their spicy sauce and guak. I didn't like her thinner guac was still cold when he was served in my burrito while the rest of the burritos was warmed or room temperature. the guac textur and taste lacked (many limette juice in there, I suppose to prevent browning, as perhaps not many people choose to add it because there is another extra cost? overall, not bad and would still go back if I really need to eat a burrito.
