Orchid Lán - Taipei

Mindblowingly good. the novelty of the texture and fusion taste is constantly surprising to us during this meal. obviously they change their menu set for the use of seasonal ingredients on their full potential. for beginners we were particularly impressed by the Venison tart and the deaf. the seafood mousse with a bivalve was also incredible. for the main courts we had soul and lamb. the quality of the meat was inconspicuously good, and the side, mushrooms with oyster sauce and grilled kiwi with ananasmuse on them are surprisingly pleasing. their desserts were not only paleable, but also full of interesting aromes. when they go with their wee pairings, the whole experience can be increased to the next level. the service was pleasant and the environment was great.

Outstanding. Amazing. Indulgence. Innovative. So many other words, but perhaps not enough. The menu, the taste, wine pairing and service of this restaurant is breath taking and worth every single penny. I highly urge anyone who is ok to spend a little, on a fantastic dinner or lunch. Go here. You’ll thank me, I am waiting.

One of the best fine dining restaurants in Taiwan super unique. Awesome vibes and even better food and presentation. A+ for Orchid. Will be going back soon for another date night.
