Jing Chuan Vegetarian Beer - Taipei

This hidden gem of a local bar may take a little effort to locate, but it is definitely worth the search. Wendy and Jerry offer a warm welcome and serve up delicious vegetarian grilled dishes alongside a selection of beers from around the world and soft drinks. The prices are very reasonable and they provide an English menu for easy ordering. I highly recommend trying their veggie steak with fries and the grilled trumpet mushrooms. To reach the bar, simply take the MRT to Wanfang Hospital station, cross the street and hop on the 611 bus.
