Inconsistent quality of hot drinks especially French vanilla

This facility charges for normal drinking water! Seriously, who does that!! Disappointed with customer service.

Great place to eat or grab a drink, just dont go at 12:00 lunch, to many kids all trying to get something at the same time

Ordered boston cream donut and this is what i got. Sour brown cream in it. Not fresh at all . ?????????
