Tim Hortons - Sydney

A few places with plugins and good up and download internet speeds. Will earn my future business over the other tims and competition that don’t have outlets and many tables or good I’m wide open internet.

Just like hockey... a staple of Canada that everyone's addicted to! Best service consistency award goes off to the Blowers st location in North Sydney! Hats off to Thomas and the gang.

I ordered $15 worth of food and paid and they asked for an extra cup. Other Timmies give two cups with a hot coffee, this one asked me to pay 10 cents for the cup. I didn't have a dime in my pocket, so I had to use a credit card. Kind of annoying for something that is free at other locations, especially after a food purchase. I won't be back to this location, even though I drive by the area frequently there are just too many other Tim Hortons that know how to treat customers right nearby.

Went for coffee and donuts for the office, which was great. just a suggestion but you should make more plain donuts they seem to be very popular as you are always out before afternoon. also grabbed myself a Turkey Bacon club and it was awesome the bun was so fresh. I recommend the tea, regular and white hot chocolate, chocolate chip muffins, fruit explosion Muffin, apple fritter, boston cream and it if you wantb little sweet and lots of flavor try the blueberry donut.suggestion would love to see the Blueberry fritter come out for a bit.

This Tim’s is always a terrible experience and I avoid using it, however, this last experience was the worst. I’ll sum it up quickly I ordered a chipotle steak wrap, and a chicken bacon wrap with chipotle, 2 bagels and 2 drinks. I specified that the wrap could not have ranch as my wife is allergic. It was rang through properly on the screen. Get to the window, both of my drinks were wrong. Tried to send me away without my food. Then I waited literally 26 minutes at the window for my food, they forgot a bagel and I had to wait an additional 5 minutes. After that, we opened the packaging for the wraps to find my wife’s wrap smothered in ranch, including all over the packaging giving her a reaction. On top of that, my wrap was made totally incorrectly with hardly any steak or sauce, and missing all of the veggies that are supposed to be on it. It was also torn so it just fell apart. 34 minutes in total, 40$ and a hospital visit later because of the incompetence of management at this facility. I have half a mind to get a lawyer due to the reaction.Dietary restrictions: Read the comment.
