Bidra med feedbackI have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for many years and have always enjoyed a delicious fresh sub for lunch. The staff is fantastic and the service is consistently excellent. Once, I encountered a small issue at another location in Sydney and mentioned it in passing to the kind lady who prepares my sub daily. To my surprise, she turned out to be the area manager (which didn't shock me given her exceptional personality) and she was keen to hear about my experience at the other location. I explained the situation, expressing my concern that the employee at the other location might face consequences. However, she assured me that she would handle it personally and provide coaching rather than punishment. She took great care of me, expressing her gratitude for my business and feedback. This lady is truly an asset to Subway, and I hope the franchise owner recognizes it (which I'm sure they do). The Subway on Charlotte is top-notch!
This Subway location is one of the best I've visited. I think the woman who typically works there in the mornings owns the franchise. She is very friendly and takes care to make your sandwich just right. You can tell that she values her customers' satisfaction. It was a great experience, and I will definitely return.
I requested a sandwich with a small amount of mayo and mustard, but they put on so much that it overwhelmed the taste. Afterwards, they asked for a tip.
Service at this location is quite abysmal, and may be partially due to finding good staff but still, it's hands down the worst fast food service in the downtown Sydney area. A few things I excused them 1 week when the veggies were freezing in their refrigerated table, but a few weeks later went back and tried again. Still frozen... not fixed. If anyone has had lettuce that's been frozen, you know it's brown and soggy. Tomatoes too get very mushy.The staff don't seem to know the menu very well, and I looked at my receipt after ordering a dozen cookies and was charged 3 cookies x 4 for almost double the cost of 1 dozen cookies.Gave it 2 solid tries, but incompetent staff, sub par ingredients, is a poor rating and a no repeat from me. I like subway, i dont like this subway.
Gotta be the worst subway in the world at this point... 25 minutes to make me a meatball sub with one person ahead of me in line. Ridiculous service here and no organization at all
