The Ram - Sun Valley

The Ram is a great place for dinner. I like to go in summer time and sit outside on the terrace listening to the piano player. It is also great in winter time. They also rebuilt the whole thing. Many beautiful furniture.

Nice restaurant. Relaxing atmosphere. Piano music. Very high. Had Spanish octopus course. King salmon on black rice and sweet potatoes. Husband had special brine filled with snow scrap. Both were exceptional meals. Dessert was sticky toffee pudding. Yum. Husband had a New Old Fashioned Drink, I had wine. Both perfect. Our waiter Mihai was amazing. Very attentive, but not too much. It's a good restaurant.

We had a nice evening in The Ram. Great ambience and service. The boss and the manager both stopped at our table to chat. We started with the Diver Scallops in a curry, Cashew sauce with cut apples delish! So delicate, wonderful taste. I had the pork chop with a delicious Chutney and Nabeby had the fillet perfectly and so well cooked (see pictures). Very recommended. Will definitely return.

Absolutely fantastic! Our server Micah was great! The manager Mr. Peterson was also very helpful and hard working. Well, you couldn't find a better beef talloin, really fabulous! We had the fondue for a starter who was also delicious! We recommend you to eat here...we are looking forward to returning.

Deborah and Nicole were amazing! We had such a pleasant time here. Delicious food fair prices. I will be back when I visit again! :
