There are only a few vegan options available, but they are clearly labeled on the menu and taste delicious. The restaurant is quaint with a welcoming staff.

Despite not being a strictly Vegan restaurant, this place offers an impressive variety of Vegan options. We tried the Cucumber Salad, Asian Greens, Tofu Poke, and Aimees Angry Vegan Noodles, and everything was incredibly tasty. The staff was also very friendly. It's recommended to arrive early as the place gets crowded quickly. If there's a wait, there's a charming outdoor waiting area with a fire pit.

Everything is so fresh! Small selection of vegan options, which we appreciated as they can be hard to find in Ketchum. The inside is small, but cozy, luckily we got there right when they opened. The service was a little lacking, but the food made up for it.

We really enjoyed our meal at this restaurant. The staff was friendly and accommodating to our vegan dietary preferences. The curry had a very authentic taste. We will definitely be returning on our next visit to Sun Valley.
