Vurma is a nice café, but this time the nonchalance of the staff ruined my experience. I had to wait 40 minutes for my sandwich, it took a while before I realized that the guy behind the counter had given my sandwich to a guest who ordered after me. I didn't get an apology for this, he just spoke to the guest who ate my food (who was remorseful even though it wasn't his fault). Despite this, he avoided saying goodbye to us when we left, and had a generally nonchalant attitude. Disappointing.
