Bidra med feedbackHello. This was personnally my first trip to this Tim's, although I know several people that have gone there and not had great results. We ordered 3 drinks and a breakfast meal. While in the drive thru, I read the receipt and realized my drink , that was not marked, was made with cream and not milk like I had asked for. We asked to have it corrected, and with no appology they did. Not a huge deal, but during all the time it took to do this, they still hadn't given us our breakfast and in all the confusion of checking our drinks and swapping them out, when they gave back the remade coffee they sent us on our way. Partly our fault for not remembering. We get down the road and remember, go back and my husband goes in to tell them the situation. After a little wait he was given a cold bag of food with no apology again. No words at all actually. Just a smile that felt rather disrespectful when accompanied by no appology. When finally able to have our drinks, we discovered another one was made incorrectly. Mistakes happen, especially when working in a team setting and that's understandable. Appologies sometimes need to be given even when you are not the one responsible for the actual issue. In my opinion and the opinions of the others involved, I believe this store is seriously lacking in customer service and has been for sometime. Won't be coming back.
Ordered from the app which can pose a risk with availability. That's fine, wasn't expecting out of almost everything 3 hours before close. I wasnt looking for hot food, just bagels and timbits. On top of that neither the store or the app will process the refund. The person waiting on us was rude and unapologetic. Almost 20$ spent and I left with nothing in hand. First email back from the company was seconds. Nothing since being told to go in store, while being told in store to go through the app. Would give this experience a 0 if I could.

During my recent visit to Tim Hortons in Stellarton, I had a generally satisfactory experience, although there were a few areas that could be improved. The staff was friendly and efficient, promptly taking my order. However, the service speed was inconsistent, leading to longer wait times, particularly during busy periods. It would be beneficial if they could enhance their speed of service for a more efficient customer experience.The menu at Tim Hortons offered a wide range of coffee, baked goods, and breakfast items, providing ample choices. I ordered a coffee and a breakfast sandwich, and both were satisfactory in terms of taste and quality. However, I noticed that the coffee was not as hot as I would have preferred, being served lukewarm. It would be preferable if they ensured that hot beverages are consistently served at the desired temperature.
Dirty! Person put garlic cream cheese on my raisin bagelPut milk in the tea I drink it black. Tables were dirty cups piled on one table. 6 years ago it was my fav Tims around. Its dirty now disgusting Never will be back
