TaterTown - St. Catharines

I tried Tatertown for the first time after hearing about their nomination for the best poutine in St. Catharines. I ordered their $10 combo, which included a 6oz hamburger, fries (upgrade to poutine for $2 extra), and a soft drink. The burger patty was juicy and the poutine was delicious, although I wish the cheese curds were larger as they were very small. The food truck has red picnic tables where you can dine, and they provide all condiments, including malt vinegar (not all fry trucks offer this). The service was friendly and quick.

These guys never disappoint. I would say they have achieved premium-level fried dishes, which I have been craving for a long time. I am not a fan of oversized portions that lack flavor and simply taste like a mouthful of bland heat. I prefer my fries to be small, crunchy, and flavorful like the ones they serve here! I also tried a sausage sandwich from this place and it was perfect. While there are other food trucks that offer good quality fries, these guys are definitely one of the best.

Amazing potato peameal sandwich! The staff was friendly and the interior was lovely. Definitely worth a visit. It's worth the trip to Stratford!
