KFC - St. Catharines

We spend over $52.00 and what we got at the new KFC doesn't like it. We took a few pieces out and it didn't taste good. White meat looked like it wasn't cooked. Four of us didn't eat what we saw. The rest when in the garbage It was not boiled, dough was different, potato salad was not good. Coleslaw is garage, we all like the green claw better. I won't buy KFC chicken again. My brother and his wife were with us and they said the same. We never call for a complaint because we didn't have the time and we didn't want a replacement.

I enjoy KFC when it is prepared correctly. We purchased a 12-piece bucket of chicken and a large order of fries. The chicken was extremely greasy, with the coating barely visible underneath all the oil. Each piece was like this, and for $24.95 plus tax, I expected better quality. This has been a recurring issue at the Linwell location. I will not be returning.

This KFC franchise is pretty average and consistent. The lighting in the Plaza is not great and the nearby closed shop doesn't help create an inviting atmosphere. It's convenient for us on our way home from work, but we try not to eat there too often because too much KFC can make you feel like your arteries are clogging (lol). It's busiest on weekdays due to the nearby school, Holy Cross, so it's best to avoid lunch hour. Other than that, there's not much else to say, but if you're just looking for some KFC, it's a decent option.

This KFC is my favorite. The staff is amazing and the food is always cooked perfectly. We have been coming to this restaurant for 25 years and it is still my favorite KFC.

When value is what you want this is NOT THE PLACE! They are cutting their thigh pieces in half.
