Boost Juice - SPRINGFIELD CENTRAL

Service asked for a worst mint condition without apfel and was said that it is too much work for them and they do not. any other boost I've ever done can adapt, but here they are too lazy to go outside the box.

I ordered two smoothies. Waited 20 minutes and later learned mine sat on the counter for more than 5 minutes while they gave out orders after mine until they finally made the second. Mine was warm by the time I received it. Come on people you can't just pick and choose the order of fulfilling orders so randomly!!

Went to grab a drink there and was waiting 15 minutes.. Because I wasn't standing at the pickup point and didn't know there was a pickup point i didn't know my drink was finished and they didn't tell me even though i was literally on the other side of the kiosk.NEVER GOING TO BOOST AGAIN.. anywhere.Train your staff about customer service ffs.

This boost is the worst. They close on the dot of 4:30pm despite the web site saying they're open till 5:30pm. They don't answer their phone EVER and make weak drinks with no taste. I've ordered on the app before to pick up at Orion as its the closest to me. Only to get there and they are closed. I prefer Brown's plains any time. They are Rude is all I can say. Answer your freaking phone once in a while will you?!?!

I love boost juice! the chain of these juicebars are my favorite stop tomorrow, before work to take a little more to the breakfast. the employees at the boost in the shopping center orion are beautiful and very fast with the orders. I tend to never get away from a king william chocolate boost and a protein ball, but my other favorite boost is the banana buzz (without the honey, otherwise I find it too sweet). all in all a wonderful place for a quick snack or juice.
